Position Title: Senior Billing Specialist – Dental RCM
Location: On-site (Rawalpindi)
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Billing Specialist to join our Dental RCM team. The ideal candidate must have a strong command over the end-to-end billing process for dental practices, including claims submission, payment posting, AR follow-ups, and denial management. This is an on-site, full-time night shift position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Submit dental claims (electronic and paper) to insurance carriers accurately and on time
• Review EOBs/ERAs and post payments to the billing system
• Perform Account Receivable follow-ups for unpaid or denied claims
• Correct and resubmit rejected claims
• Verify insurance benefits and coverage when required
• Communicate with insurance companies via phone and online portals
• Collaborate with verification and credentialing teams to ensure clean claims
• Generate aging reports and track AR performance
• Train and support junior billing staff if assigned
• Maintain patient and provider confidentiality at all times
• Update and maintain billing software with relevant payer information

Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in dental billing (U.S. market)
• Strong knowledge of CDT codes, dental procedures, and insurance guidelines
• Familiarity with dental billing software (such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.)
• Understanding of HIPAA and RCM compliance requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working under deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to work on-site during night shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM)
