The Inventor Solutions is hiring an experienced Senior Dental Billing Specialist with hands-on expertise in Denti-Cal (California Medicaid) billing operations.

We are looking for a candidate who understands the complete dental revenue cycle and can independently manage claims, denials, eligibility verification, authorizations, and AR follow-ups specifically for Denti-Cal providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Denti-Cal claim submission and management
• Insurance eligibility verification
• AR follow-up and denial management
• Appeals and rejected claims handling
• Prior authorization/TAR handling
• Payment posting and claim tracking
• Understanding of CDT coding
• Coordination with providers and insurance companies
• Maintaining billing accuracy and turnaround times

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of dental billing experience
• Hands-on Denti-Cal billing experience is mandatory
• Strong understanding of California Medicaid workflows
• Experience with clearinghouses and dental billing software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Candidates without practical Denti-Cal experience will not be considered.
