Role Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strategic growth mindset, strong execution capability, and a proven track record of building partnerships and revenue pipelines. You will own the end-to-end business development process: from identifying opportunities to closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by identifying, evaluating, and pursuing new market opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with prospects, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads into revenue-generating partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations to tailor offerings, improve positioning and support service delivery.
  • Conduct high-level market research and competitive analysis to shape strategy and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly business development targets and KPIs.
  • Represent the company at events, networking forums, and sales meetings.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (MBA a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles – preferably in professional services or B2B environments.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and manage pipelines.
    Strategic thinker with a bias for action and results.
  • CRM and sales tools proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a cross-functional team.
