Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can consistently source, qualify, and manage high-quality leads for our US-based services. This role is critical to revenue growth and sits directly in the sales pipeline engine. If you know how to hunt, not wait, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads using platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, Google, directories, and CRM tools
- Identify decision-makers (Dentists, Medical Practices, Clinics, SMB Owners – USA)
- Build and maintain accurate lead databases
∙Qualify leads based on predefined criteria - Coordinate with Sales & Management for follow-ups
- Maintain daily/weekly lead reports
- Continuously optimize lead quality and sourcing channels
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation (USA market preferred)
- Strong understanding of cold outreach & prospecting
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, spreadsheets/CRM tools
- Excellent written English communication
- Target-driven mindset with attention to detail
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in IT services, Medical/Dental Billing, SaaS, or BPO
- Understanding of basic sales funnels & CRM workflows
