Job Summary:

We’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for our senior sales executives. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a passion for outbound sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients in the US market
  • Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
  • Qualify leads based on company services and client needs
  • Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or IT)
  • 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or B2B sales (USA market preferred)
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and email marketing platforms is a plus
  • Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM – 3AM PKT)
